I hope you had an enjoyable summer. It is hard to believe that 10 years ago we were in final preparations for opening the Show Homes and the South Course at Toscana Country Club! It is fun to look back and see the evolution of this wonderful Club and community. This year, there have been 55 sales transactions at Toscana, 32 new home and 23 resale. There are also over 20 homes under construction. We are thrilled with the sales success and anticipate a strong season of sales. As we approach the start of the 2014-2015 season and celebrate our 10th Anniversary, I am pleased to announce the release of the remaining homesites on Via Pisa in conjunction with the start of construction on the last eight holes on the North Course. This new release offers a wide variety of homesites that feature beautiful mountain, lake and golf views. Please note that the Phase 4 homesites (North facing homesites 24-42 and East facing homesites 22 and 23) are available for immediate contract. The Phase 9 homesites (East, West and South facing homesites 1-38) are available for reservation.
