Plus, you will be able to choose a vaulted ceiling in the great room for no additional cost.

 

Pre-Construction Credits - $100,000 in the Toscana Design Center. Use the credits for anything – a pool and spa, custom flooring, built-ins or window coverings!

 

Locations - the first 501 and 502 plans will be located on Via Firenze with beautiful lake and golf view of holes 7 and 8 on the South Course. Please click here to see a map of the new homesites. These two plans can also be built on an Amalfi homesite at the current Amalfi homesite price.


In the next few weeks, we will start construction on the 502 Model Home just south of the existing 621 Model Home.  In keeping with the other beautifully decorated Models, the stunning interior design will feature some of the latest decorative materials and the vaulted ceiling. We anticipate completing the 502 Model by the end of the season.

 

We will be announcing the sales release to all Members and Homeowners at the end of October and to the general public prior to the Open House on November 19. Please watch for your invitation!
