Summer is sizzling here at Toscana Country Club with continued sales success. We have recorded over 140 guests through the Sales & Design Center and Model Homes this July. This is twice as many as July of 2010 and brings our total for the year to over 2,800 guests!
Summer has also been a busy time for home sales, with four transactions in June and one in July.
This year there have been 27 sales transactions at Toscana. The Toscana Sales Team continues to lead the market with participation in 85.1% of all Toscana home and homesite sales. See below for the complete summary:

New Floorplans at Toscana - the 501 and 502 |
The Interest List for our soon to be released 501 and 502 plans is growing. We are finalizing the plan approvals and hope to have pricing and homesite locations identified in the next 30 days. Construction of the new 502 model in the Model Home Pavilion is tentatively planned to begin in October. Those who have registered on our Interest List will have priority selection once we have released the plans for sale.

Home Construction Update |
We currently have 11 homes under construction! In addition to the five homes being built for your new neighbors, we are working on completing six new Sunrise Signature homes. Three of these homes (621 Tuscan, 621 Italianate and 622 Italianate) will be finished by the end of the year and will showcase our new included features - multi-slide glass pocket patio doors and vaulted ceilings.

Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Jamie Shelton began his

employed at Hokulia
in Hawaii. In addition, his career includes ten years of
resort sales with the George P. Mitchell Family, the original
developer of The Woodlands in Texas and Bald Head Island in North
Carolina. What makes Jamie an exceptional Sales Executive is that he
