I hope you are enjoying the season at Toscana. It is wonderful to see so many Members participating in all the fun activities and events at the Club! Our new activities this season have been very popular including the Bike Club, power and nature hikes and the fun spa events just to name a few. The Bill and Jay Haas Exhibition was a big hit and we were glad to see so many of you bringing guests to share the unique Toscana experience. We continue to hear that these kinds of events are very important in helping showcase Toscana to prospective Members and homeowners.

Now that we have launched the new Invitational Preview and Young Professional Memberships, we need your help in sharing these opportunities with your friends, family and business associates. We encourage you to invite your guests to the upcoming Second Annual Guest Weekend February 9-12, 2012. This will be the perfect way for your guests to learn more about the new memberships in addition to all of our new residential offerings, including the new Milano Series homes.

The Invitational (non-resident) Preview Membership allows your friends and family the opportunity to join Toscana and experience the Club until March 1, 2013 by just paying dues. Once the preview term has ended, Preview Members will have the option to convert to an Equity Golf or Sports Club and Spa Membership.

Designed for those under the age of 50, the Invitational (non-resident) Young Professional Membership is perfect for families interested in all that Toscana has to offer. Young Professional Members will have a deferred initiation fee and lower dues. In addition, part of the monthly dues will be applied to the initiation fee. If you know of any prospective Young Professional Members, please contact Stephanie Willett, Membership and Communications Director; we will be hosting a cocktail party in February and would love to invite them to the event.
