Thank you to all the Members who brought guests to the February 2014 Guest Weekend - it was a very successful weekend! For those considering bringing guests to the April 4-6, 2014 Guest Weekend, please note the following:

 

 
  1. Limit of four guests (or two couples) per Membership.
  2. Limit of one Guest Weekend visit per guest/couple. If you have a guest who attended a prior Guest Weekend who you feel is still a prospective Member and/or homeowner, please contact Warren Smith or Crista Collins and they will be happy to assist you.
  3. Each guest must be registered online before you can book spa appointments or golf for your guests (click here to register). Once we receive the completed registration form, the Spa will confirm the appointments for your guests.
  4. You will receive an email confirmation of the registration. If you submit a form and do not receive an email confirmation immediately, please contact the Sales Office at 760-772-7000 to confirm that we received the registration.
  5. Reservation deadline is one week prior - Friday, March 28, 2014.
 

 

The Guest Weekends are the perfect opportunity to introduce Toscana to those you know who may be interested in joining the Club and/or purchasing a home in the community. It is an entire weekend of activities and events allowing your guests to experience what it would be like to be a Member of Toscana Country Club.

You and your guests who may be interested in purchasing a membership or home at Toscana are invited to our special Guest Weekend on April 4 – 6, 2014.  Please note - all guests must be registered to participate - simply register your guest using the online forms below or by calling the Sales Center at 760.772.7000.

Once you register your guests as prospective home and/or membership purchasers, they will receive:

 

  • One round of complimentary golf for each guest during the Guest Weekend on either Thursday, Friday or Saturday. A caddie is required for all unaccompanied guests (which are permitted only after 12:00 noon daily) or when there are more guests than Members playing in the group (if playing before 12:00 noon). If your guests would like to play a second complimentary round, they are welcome to golf after 12:00 pm on Sunday. **Sports Members who play with their guests will be charged the accompanied guest fee.
  • One complimentary treatment at Spa Bella Vita for each guest (two per couple) during the Guest Weekend. Additional treatments are available by paying the normal service fees. **Members who would like to have a treatment at the same time will be charged the normal service fees.
  • Complimentary use of Sports Club (fitness) and Tennis including participating in any group exercise class.
  • A special complimentary cocktail reception on Friday evening (Members hosting guests are also invited).
  • The complimentary Festa (cocktails, dinner buffet and dancing) on Friday evening - All Members are invited with or without guests.
  • An Open House at the Sales Center to learn more about the real estate opportunities - All Members are invited with or without guests.
  • Guests will be invited to participate in any of the Club events that weekend. See the Schedule of Events below:

 

Your guests will be contacted by a Sales Executive prior to the weekend to invite them to visit the Model Homes. In addition, they will be sent follow-up information and regular updates on Toscana.
