LA FESTA DI TOSCANA

Festas are fun theme parties where you can experience the Toscana social scene. Below is a list of the upcoming Festas - come join the fun!

GUEST WEEKENDS

The Guest Weekend is an entire weekend of activities and events for guests who are interested in a membership and/or home to experience what it would be like to be a Member at Toscana. Guests who are registered by a Member will receive:

  • One round of complimentary golf.
  • One complimentary treatment at Spa Bella Vita.
  • The complimentary Festa on Friday evening.
  • A special complimentary cocktail reception on Friday evening prior the Festa.
  • Open House event at Sales Center on Sunday.
  • Full access to Sports Club, Tennis, Volleyball and Fitness Classes and any other Club Events.

Guests will be contacted by a Sales Executive prior to the weekend to invite them to visit the Model Homes.

TASTE OF TOSCANA

For guests who can't make the Guest Weekend, guests may choose any time period up to seven consecutive days. Once the guest is registered by a Member they will receive:

  • Two complimentary rounds of golf.
  • One complimentary treatment at Spa Bella Vita.
  • Complete access to all Club Facilities – Sports Club, Fitness Classes.
  • Charging privileges at Golf Shop, Il Forno, Spa Bella Vita that we can bill back to the guest’s home club or a credit card.
  • Tour of real estate offerings with a Sales Executive.
  • Meeting with the Membership Director to discuss membership opportunities.
  • For those guests needing accommodations, we have arranged preferred Member rates at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort and Spa and the Miramonte, both in Indian Wells.

Guests will be contacted by a Sales Executive prior to their visit to invite them to visit the Model Homes.

 
EXPERIENCE TOSCANA

The Experience Toscana program allows a select few who have serious intentions of purchasing at Toscana the opportunity to immerse themselves in the Club and feel comfortable making the final decision to purchase.

To qualify for Experience Toscana, the candidate must be a serious prospective purchaser and working with the Toscana Sales Office (not an outside real estate agent). If approved for the program, they will have use of all Club facilities as our guests. They will pay a monthly fee to the Club of $1800 for Golf privileges or $600 for Sports Club and Spa privileges, and they will be responsible for all their purchases. Guests may participate in the program one time only while they are renting a home in Toscana or the immediate vicinity.
