		It is exciting to see the renewed interest in the Estate Homes on Via Siena. In the last six weeks, there have been three estate homes completed and one home has just started construction!

In addition, we recently replotted four Estate Homesites into three and have sold two of them in January of this year. There is one left - Homesite 183 that is 25,065 sq. ft for $895,000.

We have a great program in place to reward Realtors for selling new to-be-built homes: you will be paid a 3% commission on the price of the homesite and the base price of the home at the homesite closing, NOT at the end of construction.

DEFERRED BUILD PROGRAM Your clients have the option of deferring construction of their home for up to two years. You will still receive your commission at the homesite closing!
