		In the midst of all the wonderful activity in the Sales Center, we are busy working on several projects. We are finalizing plans for the renovation of three show homes that will start this summer including the 622, 721 and 722.

The renovations will include significant floorplan changes along with new flooring, cabinets, countertops, furnishings, art and accessories.

In addition, we have added an alternate version for the 502 plan that creates a more open feeling by moving/enlarging the wet bar and adding four additional feet to the disappearing pocket doors. Please click here to see all the changes.

We are also working on a brand new Milano series floorplan that is designed to be built on an Amalfi homesite and accomodate a courtyard pool similar to the 631 and 641 plans that fit on a Bellagio Homesite. As soon as we finalize all the details, we will share it with you.
