It is a great pleasure to welcome Nicole Castrale and Larry Malestic as our new Sales Executives. As many of you know, Nicole has an extensive background in professional golf competing on the LPGA Tour since 2002. She has recently retired from competitive golf and is beginning a new career in luxury real estate sales. Larry has extensive background in real estate in a wide array of facets including representing sellers and buyers in the general real estate market and on-site country club community sales. He has also worked for a brokerage firm specializing in land acquisition capital, mezzanine financing and construction capital.

Realtor Program For New Homes

In addition to participating in resale transactions, don't forget that you can benefit from the renewed interest in homebuilding as well! We have a great program in place to reward Realtors for selling new to-be-built homes: you will be paid a 3% commission on the price of the homesite and the base price of the home at the homesite closing, NOT at the end of construction.

DEFERRED BUILD PROGRAM Your clients have the option of deferring construction of their home for up to two years. You will still receive your commission at the homesite closing!
