It has been a busy week at Toscana with three new home and one resale home sales!
We have just completed the revisions to our 502 Plan to create a more open feeling in the living spaces inside and outside the home (see photo below). The wet bar and supporting column have been moved and the bar enlarged to accommodate more people. The 10 foot high disappearing pocket doors are lengthened by 4 feet to 16 feet total. The veranda is enlarged providing more outdoor living area and the kitchen is expanded and includes a larger pantry. While we have just sold the newest 502 Signature Home with these changes, we have another one under construction that will be completed in July.
